I
don’t have a great deal of time to study. Will
that be a problem?
That’s
one of the benefits of home study. You work at your
own pace, in the time you have available. You set your
own timetable. Although the course is despatched monthly,
you work at a pace which suits you.
Will I have to sit any examinations?
There
are no examinations to sit, although there are self-test
exercises at the end of each course lesson so that you
can monitor your own progress. On completion of the
course, you will receive a certificate in recognition
of your achievement.
Don’t you need a lot of capital to get
involved in property?
Throughout
the course, we’re going to dispel some pretty big
myths and this is probably the biggest. Many property
projects can be undertaken without any capital at all,
and for those which need capital, the opportunity to
use other peoples money is always there.
When
you do need money, we show you exactly how to go about
getting it. Lesson three of the course covers this
in some detail.
Surely
you need good DIY skills? I’m hopeless with that
kind of thing.
Not
a problem. Property projects are both varied and flexible.
Profits can frequently be made without any renovation
or repair work. And for projects that do require that
kind of work, you can simply sub-contract the work to
others who are better suited to carrying it out.
The
most successful property entrepreneurs tend to co-ordinate
and organise work rather than get involved at the sharp
end themselves.
